Internship Projects
Here is a short summary of some of the internal projects I have done within my different internships.

Versuni Name Change
Philips Domestic Appliances changed their company name to Versuni and Nicky Middelkoop, the Global Head for Talent Acquisition entrusted me to help her with a project involving the name change.
I was enlisted as a 'project support' by providing feedback on how to ensure the general public and potential employees won't be confused by the name change and will be attracted by the new logo.

I also helped update the Talent Acquisition Workstream to align with the new company image and logo.

Versuni Onboarding Game
HR Lead / Business Partner for APAC and Japan, Lay Lay Yeo entrusted me to lead a project to host an APAC wide event promoting the company's new onboarding game. The HR team and I successfully conducted the event virtually, allowing coworkers across the APAC region to team up and compete with one another to win prizes!

Reduce Intern Early Termination
My supervisor gave us interns a project to either focus on Increasing Intern Extension numbers or Reducing Intern Early Termination numbers. I was the only one who focused on reducing intern early termination and compiled the data over the different functions suffering from intern early terminations and the reason for such terminations.

Afterwards, I made a slide deck which included my findings and suggestions to help mitigate such instances from happening.

Marketing Sprint Projects
My supervisor at Thomson Medical started to teach us marketing strategies around March and implemented these 'sprints' which would last between 2 weeks to 1 month.

During the sprints, I managed to create three wireframes and subsequently published landing pages for the Thomson Medical websites for 'Women's Health Screening,' 'Insurance at Thomson,' and 'Medical Concierge.'
​
I also was tasked to do research on costs and insurance options for different procedures where I did the outline, drafts and published them onto the Thomson Medical website.
